When you have placed your repair order, we'll email you detailed instrcutions and where to send your items.
- Package your items securely in a box to avoid damage in shipping.
- Choose the shipping service that's most convenient to you.
- Use a tracked service, and share the tracking details with us.

How long do repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 7 Days of receiving your items
Please understand time is needed to diagnose items to determin your repair needs.
For more complex repairs please allow up to 14 days for us to get your repair complete, and sent back out to you.
If we need to order new parts to complete your repair dispatch times can be longer, and we'll keep you updated.

Is my repair covered for Warranty?
Yes, you get up 6 Months warranty, please see below for details and exceptions.
Check you are satified with the repair within the first 14 days of delivery.
While we test all our repairs are working before they go out the door, sometimes a repair does not hold. If something does not seem right please reach out so we can advise.
What does my warranty include(and exclude)?
Liquid Damaged items are excluded from warranty.
- First 14 days, warranty for all parts, labour and return shipping.
- Up to 3 months, warranty includes parts and labour.
- Up to 6 months, warranty includes parts only.

Please note, there is a minimun £10 fee for this service, if we are unable to repair your controller you will get a refund for the difference(if any) from the service you selected, and your controller will be returned back to you just as it was sent to us.

You are free to use any shipping service that's most convenient to you, you assume all responsibility for costs, and shipping to us, should an item be lost or damaged in the post as it arrives to us, we will assist in investigating the issue but assume no responsibilities.
We advise to use a tracked service, and package your items securely before sending to us.
